Katsu Chicken Burger

Give this homemade Katsu curry burger a try, super easy to make and packs a punch full of flavour...
This is a firm fave with Brooke and Charlie who are 10 & 9, so go on, tickle those tastebuds

K A T S U • M A Y O
4 tbsp mayo
1/3 of a chicken stock pot
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 medium curry powder
1 dsp honey
S L A W
1/2 white cabbage grated
8 radish grated
Fistful of fresh coriander
2tsp sesame oil
Juice of half a lime
B U R G E R
4 chicken thighs
Flour
2 eggs
Bread crumbs made with bread of choice
Dip chicken in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs and shallow fry until chicken cooked through and nice and golden each side
Mix all curry sauce ingredients and dollop on bottom of toasted brioche bun, add cooked chicken and add mixed slaw on top
